Service Scope

VPNTape provides a network acceleration subscription for cross-border access, with coverage in 110+ countries and 240+ routes, and support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Get client apps, account status, and subscription details through the user panel. Route availability and applicable coverage are as shown in the panel when you use the service.

The service provides network connectivity; it does not include memberships to third-party websites, video services, or AI tools. Access to those services remains subject to their account, regional, and content rules. A working connection does not mean a third-party platform will allow access or continue to provide the same content.

Account and Subscription Rules

You can create an account with a username and password; no email address is required. Keep your password, subscription link, and signed-in devices secure. Do not publish subscription details or resell, rent out, lend, or share your account or subscription with others. Redact this information from screenshots, logs, and ticket attachments before sharing them.

The service supports simultaneous use on an unlimited number of devices. This applies to devices used by the account holder and does not permit making a subscription a public connection point or distributing it to other users. If your credentials are exposed, change your password promptly and contact support through a ticket for guidance on handling your subscription details.

Monthly subscription data resets on the activation date each month. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Before choosing a plan, check the pricing page and the user panel for prices, data allowances, and billing terms. Button text should not be taken to imply an unlisted free plan.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where you are located and to your activities, and determine for yourself whether accessing, transmitting, and storing content is lawful. Do not use the service to commit fraud, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute illegal content, or engage in other unlawful activity.

Do not attack another party's systems, access accounts without authorization, distribute malicious software, send spam, or use abnormal requests to disrupt routes or other users' normal service. Network acceleration does not change your responsibility for your own actions or replace authorizations and permissions required by third-party platforms.

Availability and Limits of Responsibility

Your connection experience depends on factors such as your local network, device settings, carrier links, the status of the destination service, and maintenance. VPNTape does not guarantee the same speed across all locations, times, or apps, nor does it guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party services. Keep backups and alternative connection options for important files or workflows.

If an issue occurs, first consult the troubleshooting guide, then submit the time it occurred, your client environment, and a redacted error message. Responsibility for interruptions beyond reasonable control or actions by third parties will be determined based on the actual cause and applicable law; these terms do not exclude user rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Account Suspension and Termination

If you engage in unlawful use, resell or share access, disrupt service operations, or otherwise seriously breach these terms, VPNTape may take measures based on the risk, including restricting connections, suspending a subscription, or terminating an account. VPNTape may also temporarily restrict access if an account appears to have been compromised, while the situation is verified.

If you disagree with the outcome, submit an explanation and relevant order details through a user panel ticket to request a review. Do not include your password or full subscription link. Subscription expiration, depleted data, and enforcement for violations are separate situations; check the panel for the specific status.

Changes to These Terms and Refunds

If service changes or legal requirements necessitate updates, VPNTape will publish the revised terms on this page and update the date. Changes that affect users' main rights and obligations will be explained through an on-site announcement or a notice in the user panel. Review updates before continuing to use the service, and contact support through a ticket if you have concerns.
